What do you charge for your graphic design services?

Prices depend on many variants but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high-quality and we will always try to accommodate any budget. Please give us a call and we'll be happy to give you a free quotation. Alternatively, If you would just like some advice, please feel free to give us a call, we're happy to help.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept business cheques, personal cheques and BACS transfers.

How do we start?

Please give us a call on 0114 2201437. We will listen to your requirements and assess a production schedule. If you are happy with our discussion, we will then send you a quote. After approving the quote, we will then produce visuals which may be sent via email or printed for you to view and approve, pending any amendments. Once the visuals are approved, we will then produce final artwork.

How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?

The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, the client is free to call in to get an update.

I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?

We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% - 100% on top of the normal price.

Who owns the copyright for work Moors Creative has produced for me?

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. Our artwork must not be credited by another Design Agency.

What if I decide to cancel a design job?

For design work, the client shall only be billed for the hours worked unless stated otherwise. Our standard rate is £60 per hour.
